in case anyone wants a suggestion on the headgear shifting, i purchased the PapCap from cpap.com and the top part does keep the rest of whatever i am wearing from shifting better than anything else i have tried. i am still adjusting the chin strap it has (and is on with velcro so can be removed and top alone can be used) because it is so wide, i may have to cut and sew it so it will be thinner and not affect my throat/breathing.
