So, I have been using the ResMed AirSense 10 since May. My apneas, for the most part, have been in the 2-3/hr range with a few little blips here and there.
I've always had a problem with the machine "resetting" to the new day while I sleep because I usually go to bed late and sleep in late. However, for the past few days, whenever I wake up, the apneas are registering 10+ for only about 1 hour worth of "extra" sleep for the new day. Because of this, it's raising my average apneas on the machine as well. When I'm starting a "new" day with 10+ for 1 hour of sleep and then getting another 6-7 hours of sleep, it's raising my average to 4+.
For example: Yesterday, I woke up and the machine said something like 10 apneas for maybe 1 hour of sleep. Then, I went to sleep last night, woke up with almost the same numbers and amount of sleep (because of the reset), but on my app it's telling me it was still lower (around 4).
Has anybody else experienced this? What do I do? This only started happening recently and I don't know why. I haven't done anything differently and the fact that the apneas are still registering lower the "next day" tells me that I can't possibly be having 10+ an hour.
