I was diagnosed with moderate OSA and have been using a CPAP for about 3 months now.

The first month I had no issues, but didn't feel any different. On the second month I started feeling dizzy all the time. I went to my doctor and said there was a build up mucus on my inner ear probably due to allergies. I have chronic allergies but never had this issue before. The doctor had me take flonase and mucienx to break down the mucus and the dizzy should stop anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 months...

I read that the CPAP can dry out the nasal cavities which will cause you body to produce more mucus. I am using the heated humidifier with the max settings(stopped when water was gathering in the tube), I also use a full face mask which I also read should help with these issues.

I was not able to get a straight answer from my doctor if the CPAP is causing this issue. I've been dizzy having vertigo for 2 months now getting frustrated and finding it hard to function normally.

Could the CPAP be the cause? Is there anything else I can do?
