Data transfer issue

My new ResMed won't transfer data. I read on line that I should go to the "user menu" and scroll down to "About" to see how my machine is set. But I can't find the "user menu" on the machine or in the AirMed online sites. Where should I look for that? The Home page My Options doesn't have an "About".

Hi Sandra, Try this, the you go to your home page My Options and then use the dial to scroll down, there are more options than will fit on the page and about is right at the bottom, the last one. You turn the knob to scroll and then push in the centre of it to select.
