I have Sleep Apnea. It has been quite a long time since I've used my CPAP. I recently used it for a few days in a row, but I'm really tired the next day. I wake up tired, and by the next evening driving home from work my eyes get heavy. Is that normal? I don't remember this happening when I first started using the device in 2012.

with sleep apnea, I have noticed there doesn't seem to be a normal. First thing to do is commit to using your equipment and stay with it for a bit. Second is learn how to self-monitor results. AHI and leak rate in particular. If it has been years since your sleep study, I would also highly recommend another study as things may have changed that have affected the prescription you received five years ago and hence the machine settings may not be right for you today.
I agree with wiredgeorge, if it has been years since you were first prescribed the therapy, things could have changed which can affect your prescription.
