I see a number of posts on dry mouth. In my case I use Xylimelts tablets which are available over the counter. I place two tablets on each side of my mouth between my cheek and gum just before starting my CPAP. After placing them in my mouth I'm not aware of them, and during the night they melt, very slowly. When I awake in the morning they are dissolved and I haven't experienced dry mouth.
