Well... perhaps a tad bit more information would help. What ails you? What are your expectations from CPAP therapy? What equipment do you use and do you self-monitor the results of therapy? I have a Resmed machine and see results such as leaks and AHI every day. This type feedback allows you to steer your own therapy so that your results will continue to improve. Also, you can change your username by clicking on the icon to the left of the search icon at the top of the page. Anyway, best of luck and if you want more specific answers, elaborate a bit.

Hi StraightforwardTanEagle. Wiredgeorge asks some good questions. It might also be helpful to note that there are other things that can cause you not to feel the benefits from CPAP that you might be expecting. Medications, other health conditions, and many other things can contribute to not feeling rested or refreshed. A good first step is to contact your physician or your equipment provider to make sure your CPAP is actually treating your condition appropriately. Best wishes, and please let us know how you're doing!
