Good morning, How high should your humidifier be on? I'm a mouth breather so my mouth is so dry it's ridiculous and I can't use the chin strap because of bad sinuses always clogged. Thanks for your input☺

What kind of mask? If you mouth is open INSIDE a full mask, you will need more humidity but if you are using a mask where your mouth is open to the air, your mouth will get REALLY DRY and honestly, the amount of humidity won't make a great difference. I use a mouth guard to keep my jaw from going slack and my mouth opening and don't get dry mouth. My water tank lasts about 3 days and humidity (on a Resmed Airsense 10) is set at 3. I am not sure if the number correlates to settings on another machine.
