I’ve had the Air sense 11 for nearly a year and suddenly I’m having lots of problems getting the humidifier to seal correctly so the machine won’t work properly. Has anyone else had this problem and, if so, how did you correct it? I’m worn out from putting the humidifier back into the machine over and over every night.

I have the air sense 11, not the 10 any longer. I only know of one seal and that’s the silicone seal that fits inside the lid of the humidifier. I can’t be the only one having this problem.

That’s what I’ve been doing but it usually takes 4-6 tries before it will stop leaking air around the humidifier. The older models had a silicone seal in the lid that could be removed and cleaned. Air sense 11 does not. I’m wondering if the humidifiers have to be replaced more often but hoping not. I don’t know what else it could be. It’s frustrating.
My humidifier has its water tank replaced every six months by insurance. When mine has leaked which of course makes the machine unusable, it takes 4-6 tries to get the seal between the water tank and the intake to seal. Once it seals it stays sealed. Water tanks leaking at their silicone air connections is common. The silicone seals on the air intakes last at least 5 years for me, but a few times the water tank will not seal but working it in and out 4 - 6 times gets the seal back.
