MyAir app problems

Has anyone else had this issue? I have been using the MyAir app on my iPhone to track the number of apnea events per hour. I find that often the number I see and record in the morning is different from the number later that day. It’s even different the next day if I go back to check it. Sometimes I don’t get the data until the next day. For example, Sunday’s data won’t show up until Tuesday. It’s definitely NOT a tech problem on my end. My daughter is a wonderful tech guru and keeps me updated on all software updates, etc. Our internet connection is strong and consistent. This is really frustrating me! Is the app flaky? Is there some other app that’s more consistent and reliable?

Yes, I would recommend downloading OSCAR. It is much more informative. It needs a Mac or PC and an SD card reader to get the data from your SD card on the machine to the OSCAR program.

One other thought would be to set the machine to display an enhanced sleep report. In the Clinical Menu go to Options, Essentials, and set the value to Plus. That gives you a little more information from the on machine sleep report.
