Not sure what I will do when it gets warmer - I've found taking a walk in the cold weather before going to sleep is great for clearing out my nose + whatever garbage got stuck in it during the daytime... I will walk for a half hour, blowing my nose every few minutes, then when I go inside I will use my usual strategies for clearing out my sinuses (toe-touching, head-tilting, etc) and I sleep with a wedge pillow. It's been working pretty well for me in last few days as long as there's clean air at home.
Are there any strategies I would be able to use once the weather gets warmer? I've noticed warm raindrops sometimes give me a runny nose, but I never paid attention, since it was only recently that I learned how to "let the nose run", and it seems warm showers don't seem to do the trick.
