I have been on CPAP for 4 months and feel a lot better in all ways i have lost weight, blood pressure is down. My machine is a resmed auto set which is on auto 5 to 15 for pressure. So my Question is why am i not consistent wit the amount of events nightly.. I range from 1.5 to sometimes as high as 8 per hour.. according to my daily feedback my leakage is no more than 1 to 2 liters an hour some nights 0. Can anyone shed some information on this.

Manny, Sounds like therapy is working for you but you need to speak with your doctor if your AHI is up at 8 some nights. Perhaps the machine mode/pressure setting needs to be tweeked if your leaks are minimal. Share this info with who ever did the prescription for the settings.
