Hi
Ive been looking at this Forum for around a Year now and have found it really helpful, one thing I am having trouble understanding is sleep reports....
Sierra is apparenty a dab hand at looking at the charts..
APAP are really, well, worthless. You need more minimum pressure. You want to prevent events before a ramp up, and more time asleep. Stay on your side as much as you can. Try 8 minimum if you can bear it. If not 7. Give it a whirl for about a week, and bump it up a bit. What mask do you use?

It looks to me that your machine is fairly well set up. From what I see you appear to be using the AutoRamp feature with EPR set for Ramp Only. Those are both good ideas. Getting the very best settings can take a bit of time. The first thing I would suggest is using a higher Ramp Start Pressure of 7 cm, with EPR still on Ramp Only, and set at 3 cm. At the same time I would suggest an increase in the Minimum Pressure from 6.2 cm up to 8 cm. Your Maximum pressure at 11.4 is OK, although you may want to consider lowering it at some time if the pressure in Auto does not go that high.
I would try it there for a few nights and see if your AHI improves. Since your AHI is mainly obstructive events the prospects of improving AHI are good.
It looks like you are on a Mac, and I don't know the commands for a Mac. However There should be a command or menu item to get rid of that blue Navigation bar on the right of the screen. I don't find it of any use and getting rid of it frees us screen space. If you click on the little triangle beside the date you can hide the complete month calendar to give more visibility to the other more important stuff. Same with the pie chart. There is a setting to hide the pie chart. On a PC the F12 key saves a screen shot that captures a little more detail. Must be something similar on a Mac...
In any case post another screen shot when you have tried the suggested settings.

ResMed claims they can't detect the difference between the types of events when the leak rate is high. They "solve" the problem by simply not reporting any events during the high leak rate period, which is the grayed out areas on an OSCAR report. If anything larger leaks make the AHI lower, not higher, because some events could be occurring but are not reported.
