Due to the shortage of chips to make CPAP machines, ResMed has released a short term supply of AirSense 10 AutoSet machines that do not have cellular connection capability or access to MyAir. Apparently one of the chips in short supply are the ones needed to provide this functionality. From what I can see they are reasonably available in the USA but not so much in Canada unless you go through a dealer that orders from the US. Compared to the newer AirSense 11 they seem to be a good price at about $900 US compared to an AirSense 11 at $1500 US. For those of us that don't really like our data being sent to ResMed every morning, this is more of a feature than a limitation. See this example of a site that sells them in the US.
