I have been using CPAP therepy for almost 2 years now and some morning I am noticing my septum is very white and swollen where the cushion was blowing the air (and the area it rests is a bit irritated red) - I wake usually once a night with the the back of the slipping up my head so I have to pull it back down, and why I don't believe it's too tight? Should I get refitted?

The best thing you can do with a mask is try different adjustments to see what works. Most times it is tighter than it needs to be, but you can only find out what is right by making adjustments and trying it. Do you know how much the mask is leaking?
