Probably an app on your phone that tracks your sleep. There are quite a few of them. I’m not sure though which ones are the best.

OK. I find that OSCAR is all I need to track my sleep. That of course needs data from a CPAP to work though.

Hi, I would like to continue chatting with you about sleep tracking apps. Do you have any social media, email or can I send a direct message so we can get in touch?

Sleep apps for monitoring efficacy of CPAP therapy I have used include: 1. MyAir a ResMed app with AHI. 2. ViHealth gives blood oxygen levels exported from an oximeter. 3. OSCAR is a detailed report of all functions of cpap therapy. Its data is transferred by SD card from the CPAP machine to a computer. 4. SleepHQ is an Australia based site with an app that uses SD card data for reports similar to OSCAR but in a not so busy format. I think OSCAR is what it is based upon, something like Windows being based upon MSDOS.
