I have had somnodent for about 5 years now, and only recently started wearing it daily. The way I tell if I have success is by using the app called Snorelab which measures you snoring on a number scale. Without the mouthpiece I registered a 58 with EPIC snoring, with somnodent is it 2. I find the somnodent very comfortable to use.
