My husband is on ASV for obstructive and central sleep apnea. Diagnosed in June with AHI of 93. Bipap didnt work well so he was put on asv machine about 6 weeks ago. His AHI has run between 1 and 5 AHI since but the last 3 nights they have been over 20 per hour again. His mask seal has remained good. We dont understand why this would be happening. Any insights?

You may want to consider downloading OSCAR software so you can view the detailed results. It requires a PC or Mac and a SD card reader. There may be some obvious issues that become apparent. If not, a consult with the clinic or doctor that set it up may be in order.
