If you can save it as a jpg file, then open a post hear. Left click on the jpg file and drag it into the post. It should then upload to the post. As you are a new user just drag one file into the post. That will reduce the odds it will get caught up in the spam filter.

Thanks! I know I have mild apnea, but just don't know how to interpret any of this. I have been using an oral appliance and it seems to be making a difference. I feel better, more rested. And no more morning anxiety.

Your obstructive and central apnea index numbers are very low, and not in the sleep apnea range. The only thing that seems elevated is hypopnea. I'm not 100% sure but it looks like you were sleeping 4 1/3 hours and had a total apnea and hypopnea events of 43. This becomes an AHI of about 9.9. That is midway in the mild apnea range of 5-15.

An oral device can be quite appropriate for that level of apnea.
