Thanks for trying to help - I downloaded sleepyhead but the ResMed 10 doesn't have an SD card and I don't have any way of providing daily details to you. His sleep study showed an AHI of 28 and his original RX was for 15, he is now at 17 but they are supposed to be increasing it to 18. They also tried ranges with no success. He still snores part of the night which we know isn't good. It's all just really frustrating. Guess we'll see what the dr says next week. Thanks.
Husband has been trying to get his CPAP to be effective since Oct. They tried various pressures and masks. He uses the Resmed Airsense 10 with a Dreamwear Fullface mask. He uses mask filters to help with the seal and never has fit issues. He also uses a chin strap to keep his chin up. The dr, of course, would like his AHI to be below 5 but said he'd be happy if we could get it under 10. We've been tracking it and in the last 85 days he his AHI has been over 10 about 50% of the days. He had a stretch of 12 days that were all under 10, even under 5 and then all of a sudden they jumped, with some even in the 20's! Nothing else has changed but the results. Any ideas? They're increasing his pressure by 1 but I'm not optimistic. They looked at a download and thought it looked pretty good but how can that be when half the time his numbers are too high? We have another in person appointment next week but thought I'd see if anyone here has any ideas or experiences with wacky numbers.
