Hi all Im back and trying this again Gave up on my useless 'insurance' and just bought what I needed myself

Already have Resmed Airsense 10 Bought a heated hose (which I still have rainout), Nuance Pro, and filters.

Issues as of first use; getting rainout, nose a lil' red, and when I blew my nose I had a small bit of blood.

Looking for thoughts on this and how to fix issues. No idea how well or bad I did.
