As a long time user of cpap I've recently been having a problem with my new ResMed AirSense 10 machine with a Pico mask. Every night after 3 hrs of sleep I awake with my lips and tongue dry and stuck to the roof of my mouth. I take a drink of water and it happens again after 1 hour. I've tried every level of humidity to no avail. My doc thinks I open my mouth so I tried a chin strap but can't see how I'm opening my mouth if my lips are stuck together. Anybody else have this problem?
