The reason I went with the Resmed bipap was my insurance went away 2 months after the sleep study and the dreamstation. I could have paid each month at 60 or 70 for an additional 10 months, but I found a resmed bipap with 380 hours for 250....read up that I could set it either way, so I bought it. I tried with bipap on and it worked great...then I went in and changed a few setting...and being old and stupid, didn't write them down....That's why I am asking for help and why a have the Resmed. I remember first night on resmed and I just slept better and felt better than I had with the dreamstation. Will give settings a try and let you know.....

I lost my insurance while paying for my dreamstation so I ended up buying a Resmed Aircure V10 auto. I changed the settings in the Resmed and now have no idea what they should be. Below is a copy from the sleep study with settings...but what do I change in the autocurve service menu.
