I’m not really familiar with that mask as I have only had the mirage Fx by resmed. Usually when something leaks like that it usually means a bad product or it’s not on tight or the mask is not on right . Hope this helps.

The truth is the only way for cpap to work is to keep using it nightly every night. It also is good to talk to a sleep specialist and do what they say. It takes a sleep study and a follow up to get things started right. I have been on cpap for almost 5 years now started and diagnosed in June 2013 and getting better all the time. I just recently had a appointment and will be hopefully getting a different mask soon after having issues and leaks with my current one.

Are you sure you have sleep apnea? What mask do you use on your cpap? Some times a different mask will help. Also you need to be properly titrated and have the right settings for cpap to work 4 you.

There is no 100% cure for sleep apnea. The only thing you can do is keep using your cpap. And also if your overweight try to lose weight. I have OSA. I’ve been on cpap since June 2013. This year will be my 5th year on it. I am also hypothyroid.

I believe it’s called sleep apnea for a reason it happens when you sleep. As for during the day that would be something really serious.
