chew gum to strengthen your throat alot....and sleep on left side with pillow on your left side...much better than any cpap
cpap machine doesn't give me good sleep...maybe once in a while...if you sleep on your side with pillow on back....your throat cant close....ALSO chewign gum all day will give you great sleep.....strengthen your throat muscles...and its fun ....or do throat exercises

It was working up to a few days ago, now it feels like there's pressure leakage and I don't feel nearly as well after sleep than I used to,
