Last night my numbers weren't that good. Only change was that I have a 45 degree angle pillow and I usually add another pillow on top, this time I removed the pillow on top and just left the 45 degrees pillow. Let me know what you think... BTW, I was trying to do screenshots with OSCAR and didn't work pretty well, I just took the screenshots with the windows snipping tool.

Hi Southafrican, I have been on treatment for Central Sleep Apnea... it was almost killing me last year...hope you can find the right doctor...I am currently using a BiPAP machine,but I used to be on a CPAP before that didn't work for me very well.

I am 43, BiPAP changed my life completely...all my body failures went back to normal (heart, sugar, blood pressure, better sleep...)...only problem: My belly growing due aerophagia and very gassy now... but hey! I am still alive!! 👌
