43 years old with CPA. Using BiPAP.
These were my results from the sleep study on August 2018 when I was diagnosed with CSA. Are my current settings of 14/20 the best recommended?
I am also struggling with severe Aerophagia... I feel my belly growing every day. I never had this big of a belly. If someone can look at my records I will appreciate it and let me know if I am ok with my settings. Thanks.
I am asking by because my numbers have been increasing and I am worrying a little, before numbers were under 3 and now sometimes even with the machine I wake up one or two times at night because I stopped breathing. Last night my numbers were:
-Spont Trig 94.5%
-Spont Cyc. 95%
-Exp Pressure 13.9
-Usage Hours 6:35
Other big change i did a month ago was to buy one of those 30 or 45 degrees angle pillows, not sure if that could be the issue...
Should I start calling Dr or technician about it? What would be the resolution? Just increasing more the pressure? 😕
I am confused... These numbers are different for me on my Resmed Aircurve 10 ST
Total AI= 2.1
Which one should I be looking at?
Laura, same boat here... I was badly diagnosed with blood pressure and given pills for years, now I am no longer taking pills while being treated for sleep apnea.
I have been using hemp CBD oil for two weeks and it is working wonderful for me, it is even lowering my AHIs... I also fall sleep Inmediately, so no more insomnia and panic/anxiety...today I am testing my urine for marijuana traces just to confirm that my treatment does not have THC susbtance in it.
I have the Resmed Aircurve 10 ST
What if I reach the max pressure? Nothing else to do?
Would you please advise about my results? Thanks in advance,
Hi all...I tried yesterday 2 drops under my tongue in the morning,... and last night fell asleep right after tried two more. First night without insomnia in months!! Also my AHIs reduced slightly from 4 or 5 average to 2.2. it is my first day...will keep you posted. BTW...my muscles pain from my arms due to bad sleep postures went away too. I am using a BiPAP Aircurve 10 Resmed machine.
