thanks! I do have two types (TAP Elites). The One I use currently is very very light (better see through) and never stains (I am assuming TL). the Previous one was heavier, stains and never gives a plastic taste in the morning. so obviously different materials. I do no have any swelling redness or itching, but wondering as it does taste like plastic, so the worry. Thanks again for your valuable advice!

Hi Guys, I am using the TAP 3 TL for my sleep Apnea. But in the mornings when I get up I sense a plastic taste in my mouth. Isn't that bad over a long time? Or are the Thermoplastics used safe for long term use? Thanks a heap! TJ

Hi Doctor, I am getting conflicting views on this issue. One of the doctors mentioned that there is sweet spot where one would get the best results. another mentioned to get the lower jaw as forward as possible. I now have it at 24 turns and really don't sleep well. Initially it seemed to work but not anymore. What do I need to do?
