How come I can't see my original post? Here are my readings anyway, but as explained the SPO2 data is unreliable.
Hi, can anyone please take a look at and comment on my oximetry readings?
I seem to have a lot of events, however at the same time my SPO2 didn't go down a lot. However this is a cheap oximeter, and I discovered that sometimes it doesn't register low O2 quickly (experimenting on myself through numerous uncomfortable episodes of holding my breath).
I have some symptoms of sleep apnea - poor memory, low energy, slowness in the morning, really tired for no reason.
On the other hand I don't really have other symptoms such as snoring. In the mean time can someone go through this and see what they think:
