hi all here is an update from my last post, as stated in my last post i was thinking about getting a new machine well i got the airsense autoset s10. since i have been using a fixed pressure machine for a while, i decided to go auto everything is set to auto also use warm up mode when i was first diagnosed 2 years ago i had 56 events within an hour my old machine was reading just under 5 my new machine is reading 2.0 no centrals, first night slept well but still waking up. finding min pressure strange to get used to, as the pressure on this machine ramps up when i am asleep and feel when i am awake with the mask on i am gasping for air, but i have been told i need time get used to auto mode, does any of you guys have any advice thank you in advance.

my epr was on it was me who switched it off, as with it on i felt i was not getting enough air now i seem to be getting more air, but i am waking up more since i turned it off. i was told with it on it reduces your pressure, thank you for your prompt reply.
