I've been running with my machine settings for at least a year
and getting AHI I am satisfied with, all things considered.
All of a sudden, when I sleep on my side, I'm pumping air
into my stomach and getting the consequent burping. I
typically move around a lot while sleeping...
I hate dialing back the pressure since its been working pretty
well for me..
