Hello everyone, I have been using my CPAP for about 7 months now, after being diagnosed with mild sleep apnea (9.6 AHI) from a sleep study test. Despite having improvements on paper (reported improvements in AHI and an average of 6-7 hours of sleep per night consistently) have yet to feel any better, am still plagued by fatigue, headaches, waking up exhausted, and having trouble concentrating, thinking, and processing information. I have brought this up to my sleep doctor, but he said it takes time before seeing a difference. Does anyone know any potential causes? I’ve tried researching but I’m not finding anything useful.

Some context about me: -21 yrs old

  • obese
  • Apena started in the fall of 2020, around the same time my braces were removed

From the OSCAR data you have posted about all I can see is that your CA events seem to be on the high side. It would be much better if you just posted one Daily report screen that is not zoomed in on a specific period of time. For example if you could do a Daily screen from July 27 that would be helpful. Make sure it shows the pressure graph as well as the Event Flag bar. I would like to see when and at what pressure you are having the CA events.
