Do others have acne problems that started with using the cpap machine? I use the full mask and when I first started my wife said "get ready for the pimples because you will have them." I hate to say it but she was right. If you have, have you found a way to prevent them. I wash my face every night before bed and every morning with the shower. I feel like a teenager again but only in a bad way.

I had the same problem with my first machine (had for 5 years). The person who originally set me up with the machine was really quick to push me out of her office. This time the person who set me up with a new machine and mask suggested to cut a template of the mask and use it to cut out on an old t-shirt. She said if you put it in between the mask and your face it would help a lot. (of course with the inside hole cut out, lol). I have had many problems with the oils on my face and then mask causing clogged pores. The t-shirt thing seems to work. Just a thought

Thanks I think I'll give that a try.

I never had a problem with acne but I did buy a cloth washable cover for my mask. Not only does it help so you don’t sweat with the mask but I also found it gives a better fit and my mask lasts months longer with it. I purchased the cloth cover in January and have been able to use the same mask since then. Well worth the investment!

Where did you find the cover?
