The key numbers would the Index (Events per hour)

Central 1 Obstructive 5.7 Hypopnea 10.3 Total AHI 17.1

This puts you at lower end of the Moderate Apnea classification (15-30)

Normally tht next step would be to do a trial of an APAP to see how well it works and if the Central number increases.

Normaly there would be a cover letter on this which would conclude Moderate Sleep Apnea, and recommend a CPAP or APAP. When signed by a doctor this becomes a prescription, or at least it does in our area of Canada.
