All of us are on here because we want more information or want to connect with someone about what issues we have with sleep disorders--particularly in the area of sleep apnea. It may not always seem like it, but we are not alone in this search. It might help if people would discuss:

  1. What has been the biggest obstacle you have encountered with your sleep issue?
  2. Were you able to overcome the obstacle?
  3. If so, who or what helped you the most?

You never know when something you have learned from might help others!

  1. a friend helped by sending me her unused CPAP and mask (!), and telling me to go on cpaptalk.com, where people helped me set the machine for my prescribed pressure and provided more information than I could absorb at the time. THIS website did not exist back then.
