Tech here. Just had a patient come in for a troubleshooting visit. He stated his AirCurve 10 BiPap was working backwards; expiratory pressure upon inhalation, inspiratory pressure upon exhalation. I reset his machine to factory settings and input all his settings back in but I was wondering, has anyone else run into this problem? It seems to be fairly uncommon as I haven't been able to find any articles online about it and nobody I talked to within my company had ever heard of it happening.

I have been following here for a few years and I don't recall anyone reporting that kind of issue. Seems like a very strange one!
