Lately I have had some Cheyne Stokes breathing reported on my Sleepythead data. Most of the time it is around 4% with one occurrance of 9%.
I am recovering from a head cold and runny nose.
Should I be concerned? Has anyone else dealt with this issue?

Yes, I suffer from central apnea more than most. I get an incidence of CSR perhaps on average once a month. My long term average in SleepyHead for CSR is 0.14%, so not a real big factor, but it is of some concern. For me it seems stable. If it gets worse I will talk to my doctor about it to see if there are any underlying heart issues I need to be concerned about.
