Does anyone know if it's possible to get really low readings with a cpap but the machine not to be catching all events?

The reason I ask was my diagnosis readings was 80.09 and I am now averaging 1.2 with the cpap machine. I am only managing 4 hours average a night because I am still having difficulties with the machine and I have now developed dreams of suffocation which are waking me and forcing me to take the mask off in a panic attack.

So my question is with such good results/low events is there anyway to know if the machine is catching everything? Could I be experiencing more events than the machine is recording or am I just over thinking things?

Any advice would be welcome

I would talk to your sleep doctor or the company that supplied you with the machine to see if it can be tested. Someone else might know a way to check the machine for accuracy. I'm sorry that I don't have an answer for you.
