Hello all,

I searched the forum for "favorite CPAP pillow" and wanted to know if there were any updated suggestions for us back sleepers. I purchased a fairly high wedge pillow (12 in) but A.) It's way too firm, B.) I keep sliding down at night towards the bottom, and C.) When I slide down at night, the tilt closes my throat even more (obviously no bueno).

I'm thinking something less steep with memory foam might do some good. Any recommendations? And I've tried side sleeping and it isn't in the cards for me. Cheers!

I spend some time on my back, but prefer side sleeping for most of the night. Have tried a few different pillows including foam, memory foam, and those orthopedic shaped ones. My current choice is a down alternative type. I don't like the foam or memory foam as they seem too hard and push back too much. I recall others have recommended a buckwheat pillow and the My Pillow which I believe is a shredded foam type.

I like either MyPillow or a Microbead Pillow because they are not solid surface and they break up for better neck support.
