For me, there seems to be a connection between gluten consumption and heartburn on the number of apnea I experience. Has anyone else noticed this?

Not gluten related but if I experience heartburn (which I used to alot because of a chronic condition called Barretts esophagus) I do think I have more apneas. I have only anecdotal experience. I've always taken it for granted that anything that makes sleeping physically worse (including back pain) can lead to more apneas. May be a figment of my imagination.
