Hi I am going to get my surgery this month. I am a 54 yr old male and an avid athlete with muscular pectoral muscles..Does the implant have a noticeable bulge or lump at the implant site of the chest. I was hoping for pictures of the implant on the chest from men of their implant site to understand the asthetic impact and how it looks on the chest. Thanks
