Hi All

for the last 12 yrs i have used a old med res machine that the doctor had set up the settings has been working fine all these yrs but i recently wanted to upgrade to the one my wife had gotten last year so i just got the res med autoset 10

i have not had a sleep study done in years so my question is

on the auto set do i need to have a doctor set it up or should i be fine with it set on auto

Ideally you want a sleep technician to set your machine up. However, if you already have a machine, then as a starting point it would seem reasonable to just set your new machine the same. What are the settings on your old machine?
