My provider gave me an Oximeter test, which resulted in "unremarkable" results (oxygen saturation not a problem !).
Yet my AHI for this night was 6.92 which I understand to be a poor result. So even IF you have a crappy AHI, it doesn't
necessarily mean you're starving yourself of oxygen during sleep ? Shouldn't my oxygen saturation have been flagged
at an AHI of 6.92 ?
An AHI of 7 is in the mild range of apnea (5-15), and not much above the top end of normal (5). Not really unusual that oxygen desaturation would be normal.
