I have been using my Dreamstation Bi-Pap for over 2 years now and have still not had one night where I haven't been waken up several times will mask problems. My pressures run high. Average Ipap and Epap have been running 18.75 with max for both at 24. I had been using the Resmed Airfit F20 and now the F30 (for the last 3 days. I spent quite a while getting the F30 set up and then having been trying to fine tune it. It is fine to begin with but when it ramps up it starts to leak. I keep having to hit the ramp button and start over. Same as with all of the other masks I have used. I don't know what to try next. The other masks, I would over tighten and that did help the leaks but I don't think that will work here and I really like the F30.
I would like to help you, but I failed on full face masks. I tried the Mirage Quattro, and the AirFit F20, and could not make either one seal for me at only 15 cm. I have seen some good reports about the F&P Simplus, but have no experience with it. Perhaps Bonjour or others will check in and give you more suggestions...

I am a dentist working in dental sleep medicine. I fully understand your problems. The basic problem with conventional CPAP masks, especially at the higher pressures, is that they are depending on the facial skin to form a seal and skin is moveable and deformable. Hence the leaks. I have been working on a new approach that I call the "Comfort Plus" system. The full face mask consists of a nasal pillow mask that attaches directly to the upper teeth for stability. There are no straps. The mouth leakage is prevented by a patented intraoral mouth shield that seals the mouth from the inside. There is no leakage. The system is now ready for delivery to the general public. I can text pictures of the system to people's cell phones. Contact me at www.naplescenterdentalsleepmedicine.com. Arthur B.
