Have you tried the fitting instructions and printed out the fitting template? If you print it make sure you get the right scale. I see some of their sales stuff claims it fits 93% of patients.
Have you looked at the Respironics Amara View and the DreamWear Full Face? They are quite similar and come in a large size.

amara blew right off my face at 14 cm air pressure. using a simplex right now - less leakage, but makes
my eyes puffy and irritated. I am supposed to give the F20 a try - not sure it will be any different than
the simplex. I really wanted the resmed airfit F30 - it felt like a better fit around my nose to hopefully
NOT be as leaky as the amara view. I like this design - can wear my glasses. wish more masks attached
to hose back of the head though - always screwing with hose at night.

The AirFit is basically a carbon copy of the Respironics DreamWear full face (but don't say that in front of a rep unless you like 5 minutes of indignant yelling). The DreamWear full face does come in a large. It may be worth a look.
