Two sizes of hose connection depending on hose and mask manufacturers; I have 3 masks and two fit the tubing and one requires a gray plastic sleeve to fit tightly. These come with the mask usually. The Amara View mask i use most now has a foot long tube and it fits without the gray adapter but if I use the Simplus mask, it must have the gray 1.5" long plastic sleeve (adapter).

Save money, cut the toes off the end of old white jock socks and connect end to end covering the tube. At the connections just use rubberbands to hold the socks in place. We don't use the heater so bedroom is around 58-60 degrees and works fine for me.
