Last couple weeks, the myAir report has been very very late coming most days. It is often the evening before I can access it. Today, didn't get one yet at all from last night. The myAir info is transmitted automatically by the ResMed Airsense and AirCurve 10 machines over cell links. In the past, it took less for an hour but as of late, like I said, performance has been very slow. Anyone else see this as of late? My cell reception is 2 bars, like always and the weather isn't bad.

My unit has 5 bars...and still it may be ours. My wife has the same machine on the other side of the bed. Hers is posted [sometimes] hours before mine. I did raise the issue with ResMed, and it seems to have improved.

ResMed doesn't seem to have a hotline for questions/support on their myAir site. It doesn't cause any real problems but I am kind of compulsive with checking on this sort of thing. I can almost guess the exact number I will get mainly based on how many hours I sleep. I am usually in the mid-80s/low-90s as I sleep 4.5 to 6 hours per night but have excellent scores in all other categories. Thanks!
