The noise from the air vents (or possibly opening my mouth) is waking my partner up. Are there alternative masks that I can use? The range in pressure I use is from 4-14. I use the medium sized nose pillows which have a better fit than the small. I've tried lowering the pressure to 12, but I wake up with heart racing (I need the higher pressure).

I am going to try taping while I research other methods. I haven't found any solutions yet, and haven't seen people reporting the correlation between higher pressure numbers and louder sounds. Curious what people have observed on this

I suspect you are opening your mouth, or displacing the mask off your nose with the pillow. The P10 is probably the quietest mask on the market.
