I’ve been experiencing what feels like a contraction or twitch in what I feel like is my diaphragm, every time I try to fall asleep. This occurs repeatedly unless I take a Xanax. Usually 3-4 hour later, when Xanax wears off, then it starts back. This all came on while recovering from Covid. What is going on?
The best way to check to see if it is any kind of apnea event is to use OSCAR to view the time period where the suspected events have occurred. It should be possible to tell if it was apnea and what type.
