Does anyone use the Snorelab app? I use an oral appliance along with the snorelab app to measure how well the appliance affects my snoring.
I started with a score of 56 with Epic snoring without the appliance, but have gotten to a score of 0 or 1 with the appliance with no snoring at all.
Lately though my readings are starting to climb again, up to 5, 11, 20, but then I will have nights back to 1 or 2.
So, not sure if I need to get the appliance adjusted again a bit, or if the return of some level of snoring is typical?
BTW- at least I am not having EPIC snoring episodes.
Just curious if other folks are using this app and what experiences you are having?
